AP Transport Learners License (LLR) Application Form 2024: Andhra Pradesh State Government has launched an online system to apply for a Learner’s License (LLR) and Driver’s License (DL). Now, all candidates can fill out the AP Transport LLR online application form, book an online test slot, check their application status, and then apply for a permanent driver’s license. All candidates over the age of 16 can apply online for the Motor Cycle Without Gear (MCWG) category. For the category of vehicles not associated with transportation, the age of demand must be greater than 18 years. For the vehicle transportation category, the applicant must be over 20 years old and must have a transport license valid for at least one year.

After booking an exam slot, the candidate must be physically present for the LLR exam. Upon completion of the examination, the Licensing Authority will issue candidates a learner’s license/driver’s license.
AP Transport Learners License (LLR) Online Application Form 2024
Here is the complete procedure to apply online for the AP Transport Learners (LLR) License: –
- First, visit the official website aptransport.org.
- Next, a page will open on your screen.
- On the main page, scroll on the “Licensing” tab in the main menu, then click on the “Learner License” section.
- All candidates will be directed to the new aprtacitizen.epragathi.org website.
- In the “Licensing Section” in the title, click on the “Learner License (LLR)” link or click here.
- Then read the instructions carefully and click “Click here to apply for a learner’s license” below.
- Then the candidates have to select the service type – LLR Fresh Test (not own DL / LLR), LLR Retest (if failing LLR test), LLR Endorsement (if it already has a DL).
- After that, the AP Transport Learner License Application Form will appear online for the Fresh Test as follows: –

- Driver’s License Renewal (DL) / Learner’s License (LLR) Application Form – Click Here
The renewal application must be submitted at least one month before the license expiration date. If the application is delayed for more than five years from the date of expiration of the license, the applicant must go through all the formalities to obtain a new license.
Requirements
- Driving Licence.
- Application Form No.9.
- Form No.1 (Self-declaration as to the physical fitness for Non-Transport Vehicles) or
- Form No. 1A (Medical Certificate for Transport Vehicles only).
- Fees as prescribed along with user charges
If the renewal application is submitted no more than 30 days before or after the expiry date of the license, the renewal will take place as of its expiry date. If the application is submitted more than 30 days after the license expiration date, the renewal will take place as of the date the correct application is received. In such cases, a fee of Rs. 30/- will be achieved.
Requirements for renewing the registration certificate:
- Form-25 for the Non-Transfer category (duly signed by the registered owner/duly signed by owner and financier if covered by financing)
- Original registration certificate.
- Insurance certificate
- Pollution under control certificate
- The vehicle must be presented to the inspection authority for inspection in good condition.
- Tax payment receipt
- Green tax is applied according to the rules.
Note: The application must be submitted 60 days before the expiration date of the registration certificate.
