Bal Sangopan Yojna was started in 2008, with the help of Govt. From the Department of Women and Child Development in Maharashtra in one year, 100 students benefited from the Balsangopan yojna. These students have single parents for their educational support provided by the Maharashtra state government through this scheme, we are helping 100 families.

बाल संगोपन संस्था (सी सी आय)

  • महिला आणि बाल विकास विभागाला जाणीव आहे की बालकांचे संरक्षण म्हणजेच बालकांना असलेल्या संभाव्य, वास्तविक वा जिविताच्या तसेच व्यक्तित्व आणि बाल्याला असलेल्या धोक्यापासून रक्षण करणे. कोणात्याही प्रकारे नुकसान होऊ नये म्हणून मुलांचा दुबळेपणा कमी करणे आणि एकही मूल सामाजिक सुरक्षा कवचाच्या बाहेर जाणार नाही याची काळजी घेणे.
  • जे चुकून सुरक्षा कवच्याचा बाहेर पडतील त्यांना योग्य ते संरक्षण आणि मदत देऊन पुन्हा सामाजिक सुरक्षा कवचात आणणे. संरक्षण हा प्रत्येक बालकाचाच मुलभूत अधिकार असला तरी काही मुले अधिक दुबळी असतात आणि त्यांच्याकडे इतरापेक्षा अधिक लक्ष देण्याची आवश्यकता असते.
  • या मुलांना सुरक्षित वातावरण पुरविण्या बरोबरच इतर मुले देखील संरक्षितच राहतील याची खातरजमा करणे अत्यावश्यक आहे. याचे कारण असे की बालकांच्या इतर सर्व अधिकारांशी बाल संरक्षण हा अधिकार संलग्न आहे.
  • या बाबी लक्षात घेऊन विभागाने ११०० पेक्षाही अधिक बाल संगोपन वसतीगृहांचे जाळे तयार केले आहे, जेथे कायद्याचे उल्लघंन करतांना सापडलेली आणि आरोपी बालके तसेच ज्यांची काळजी घेणे अन संरक्षण करणे आवश्यक आहे अशा मुलांची मैत्रीपूर्ण व्यवहाराने योग्य ती काळजी घेतली जाते. त्यांना संरक्षण दिले जाते, त्यांचा विकास, उपचार, सामाजात मिसळणे अशा मुलभूत गरजा पूर्ण केल्या जातात.
  • बाल संगोपन केंद्र अत्यावश्यक सेवा आणि आणीबाणीमध्ये पोहचण्यासाठी, संस्थात्मक देखभाल, कुंटुंब, सामाजिक देखभाल यांच्यावर आधारीत  आणि मदत सेवा देण्याकरिता आपली संस्थात्मक रचना मजबूत करतात तसेच देश, प्रदेश , राज्य आणि जिल्हापातळीवर कार्यरत असतात.

Objectives of Bal Sangopan Yojana

The Child Care Scheme is implemented to care for orphans, homeless people, homeless people, and other at-risk children in the 0-18 age group in a family environment. Under this initiative, temporary care is provided for children whose parents are unable to take care of them for various reasons such as upset (chronic illness), death, separation, abandonment of a parent, or any other disaster.

The government provides a monthly grant of Rs. 425 per child of adoptive parents for their basic needs through a charitable organization. A monthly scholarship of Rs. 75 per child is awarded to the implementing charity for family visits and other administrative work.

  • Orphans or children whose parents cannot be traced, and who cannot be adopted, are eligible for the scheme.
  • Children of one father and children with family distress, death, divorce, separation, abandonment, unmarried motherhood, serious illness, parental admission to hospital, etc.
  • Children from dissolved, single-parent families. Children with leprosy, life imprisonment, children with HIV / AIDS, children with severe mental disabilities / multiple disabilities, parents with disabilities
  • Children in crisis, severe parental disputes, gross neglect, court or police complaints, and working children outside of school (issued and approved by the Ministry of Labor).

बाल संगोपन योजना (मुलांसाठी कौटुंबिक देखभाल)
1. या उपक्रमातंर्गत ज्या मुलांचे पालक अनेक कारणांमुळे जसे की विकार( दिर्घकालीन आजार), मृत्यू, विभक्त होणे, किंवा एका पालकाने सोडून जाणे किंवा अन्य काही आपत्तीमुळे त्यांची काळजी घेण्यास असमर्थ असतात त्यांना तात्पुरते दुसरे कुंटुंब उपलब्ध करून दिले जाते.
2. कुंटुंबाकडून काळजी घेतली जाणे हा प्रत्येक बालकाचा अधिकार असतो म्हणून जोपासना (फ़ॉस्टर) कार्यक्रमातंर्गत मुलाला थोड्या कालावधीसाठी किंवा दिर्घकालावधीसाठी कुंटुंब उपलब्ध करून दिले जाते.
3. जोपासना करणाऱ्या पालकांना शासनातर्फे प्रत्येक मुलासाठी त्यांच्या मुलभूत गरजांकरिता ४२५ रुपये मासिक अनुदान सेवाभावी संस्थेमार्फत देण्यात येते. अमंलबजावणी करणाऱ्या सेवाभावी संस्थेला त्या कुंटुंबाला भेटी देणे आणि इतर प्रशासकीय कामाकरिता प्रत्येक मुलासाठी  ७५ रुपये मासिक अनुदान देण्यात येते.
