At the initiative of the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, the Ministry of Housing and Environment has developed a single-window CG system for housing to expedite and simplify the approval process for the housing colony. In this, all permission will now be received within 100 days. SDM will send each request to the relevant departments for further action. After the approval of stakeholders, only final approval is granted by SDM. District collectors will review applications received under the above-mentioned system every week at the time limit meeting.
