DDA 2022-2023 Housing Scheme, 5,000 Apartments – डीडीए आवास योजना

Dear readers, the Delhi Development Authority plans to launch a DDA 2022-2023 housing scheme for the Gasola, Dwarka, and Narila regions. In the scheme, DDA will offer about 5,000 apartments in specified locations.

The DDA Housing Plan, which is the most remarkable thing in this year’s housing scheme, will be around 1,000 luxury homes in Dwarka. Homebuyers will need to apply and register by going to the DDA Housing Scheme dda.org.in.

DDA Housing Scheme Latest News 2022-2023 for 5,000 Homes

DDA plans to launch 5,000 apartments as part of its residential plan between May and June 2020. The most important feature of the DDA housing scheme will be 1,000 luxury homes in Dwarka.

Currently, about 60,000 homes are under construction by the Department of Disarmament Affairs in Delhi. Not all homes under construction will be ready in the next few months. Housing plans this year may contain about 5,000 homes. Construction of all other homes will be completed later.

Delhi Development Authority plans to offer apartments for LIG, MIG, and HIG classes. The new homes will be distributed to Gasula, Dwarka, and Narela regions. There will be luxurious penthouses one block from Dwarka.

The new DDA plan will not be limited to building sheds but will be units of all sizes. Currently, most homes under construction are 60,000. Of these, about 55,000 homes are from 2 BHK or less.

  • The applicant must be a citizen of India.
  • He must have reached the age of majority, i.e. the applicant must have completed 18 years of age on the date of application.
  • The applicant must not own any residential unit (including a wholly or partly residential plot/flat on a ‘Lease or Freehold’ basis with a carpet area of more than 67 square meters in urban areas of Delhi, New Delhi, or Delhi Cantonment either in his/her name or in the name of his/her wife or in the name of his/her dependent relationship including unmarried children.
  • The applicant must have a permanent account number (PAN) allocated under the provisions of the Income Tax Act and it must be mentioned in the application form.
  • The applicant’s income should not exceed Rs. 3 lakhs per annum and the family income should not exceed Rs. 10 lakhs annually.

Eligibility for other flats/apartments

  • The applicant must be a citizen of India.
  • He must have reached the age of majority, i.e. the applicant must have completed 18 years of age on the date of application
  • The applicant must not own any housing unit (including a residential plot/apartment or partly on a ‘Lease or Freehold’ basis in metropolitan areas of Delhi, New Delhi, or Delhi Cantonment either in his/her name or in the name of his/her spouse or in the name of his/her relationship Her dependent relationship including unmarried children
  • The applicant must have a Permanent Account Number (PAN) allocated under the Income Tax Act and must be stated on the application form
  • There are no income criteria. The applicant can apply according to his requirements and affordability.

How to Apply for DDA Housing Scheme 2023 Registration

  • First, visit the official website of the DDA Housing Schemewww.dda.org.in.
  • Applicants can apply online. To apply online, the applicant must visit the DDA website.
  • Applicants for apartments under this scheme must deposit application money as detailed below:-
    • Janta: 10,000/-
    • One bedroom FLAT: 15000/-
  • Interested applicants will apply online and will select a particular flat on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • When selecting a particular flat online, he will be given a reasonable time say 30 minutes to deposit the application funds online. Until this period of 30 minutes, the apartment will not be available for selection by others.
  • Once the application money is paid, the flat will be kept for the applicant.
