Under e-Awas, the allocation of housing units for a certain kind of housing is done using a Unified Waiting List. The Housing Ministry has opened the e-Sampada online platform for those who would like to apply for the GPRA plan. Previously, the e-Awas web platform was used to make these accommodations’ allotments. You must meet the eligibility requirements to take advantage of this provision.

The applicants applying for GPRA must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Applicants who reside inside the NCT’s borders are eligible to apply.
- All government employees with access to a departmental housing pool can also take use of this.
- It is also open to other candidates who are employed by government agencies outside of Delhi.
- It is important to note that the applicant must provide a departmental document attesting to the fact that no junior to them has received an allocation from the department.
- Certificates that fail to specify any of the aforementioned requirements will be rejected.

Steps to Apply for GPRA Using e-Sampada
To apply for General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) using e-Sampada, follow these steps:
- Visit the e-Sampada Website: Go to the official e-Sampada website.
- Log In: Log in using your GPRA login credentials.
- Access the Application Section: From the top menu, select the “Application” option. You’ll find a “DE-II” form there.
- Fill Out the DE-II Form: Complete the GPRA application form with the necessary details. After filling it out, send the form through your office for verification by the Directorate.
Remember that administrative divisions of eligible offices for GPRA in Delhi or other places will verify the online DE-II form of the applicant through e-Sampada. Once the Directorate of Estates accepts the DE-II form or applicant profile during a month, the applicant will be included in the waiting list for the next month for all eligible types of accommodation.
