Haryana Saksham Yojana Details
Haryana Saksham Yojana was launched by the state government on November 1, 2016, to provide job opportunities and unemployment benefits to educated unemployed youth in various government departments and companies. The Haryana government will give a certain amount to the unemployed and some can earn from the task that the government administration will give them.
It provides a high monthly salary by providing jobs based on the education of the young unemployed. Encouraging unemployed young men and women to take up jobs and make them self-reliant.

Eligibility for Saksham Yojana Haryana
- The applicant must be a resident of Haryana.
- The name of the graduate application must be registered on the labor exchange, if it is not, he can register immediately.
- If the applicant is a graduate or 10 + 2 or in front of him, his name must be registered on the Employment Exchange.
- The annual household income should not exceed 3 lahks.
- To apply for this scheme, hreyahs.gov.in must be registered, only then will you benefit from this scheme.

- Firstly, Visit the official website of Haryana Saksham Yojana.
- After visiting the official website, the home page will open in front of you.
- On this home page, you will see the option to log in, click this option, then select your qualifications.
- Then click on the new registration option, and now set your educational qualifications such as intermediate / graduation/postgraduate.
- Now click on the checkbox and follow the required procedure to fill out the Saksham Yuva Yojana registration form.
- Fill out all the required information on the registration form such as name, address, date of birth, number of months, mobile phone number, etc.
- After filling out all the information on the form, OTP will be sent to the mobile phone number filled in your form.
- After clicking, the password will be sent to you. You can log in with this password.

Conditions for eligibility for unemployment benefits
- Applicant must be a resident of Haryana.
- The applicant must be registered in the direct register of the relevant employment exchange. If not already registered, an eligible postgraduate/postgraduate applicant may register simultaneously on the department’s website www.hrex.gov.in
- Eligible postgraduate/postgraduate degrees should be obtained only through regular courses from Punjabi University, Patiala, and any recognized universities of UT Chandigarh, NCT Delhi, or Haryana.
- The applicant’s age must be between 21 to 35 years.
- The applicant must not be a regular student on a full-time course.
- The applicant’s degree should not have been earned through correspondence courses.
- The applicant must not be an employee dismissed from government service.
- The applicant must not be in any type of employment, for example, public/private/semi-government sector or self-employment.
- The applicant’s annual family income must not exceed three lakhs rupees (Rs 3 lakh) from all sources.
- Registration for this component of the scheme has to be done online in digital mode only at www.hreyahs.gov.in.
