HRMS Login Karnataka – Employee Self-Service
The Government of Karnataka started implementing the Human Resource Management System in March 2005 with the assistance of the World Bank. The project was implemented in phases starting in January 2007, covering a small number of areas in each phase. The complete HRMS was launched in February 2008. The HRMS helps in creating a comprehensive and accurate database of government employees for effective management and improving productivity and efficiency.
There are about 21,000+ intake and disbursement officers in the state who are responsible for generating the payroll for about 550,000+ employees spread across 30 districts of the state. DDOs will generate salary invoices and submit them to the respective treasury every month. There are about 214 treasuries in the state.

In a bid to simplify the distribution of monthly salary pay slips to government employees in Karnataka, a new system has been implemented – Karnataka Employees Salary Slip 2024. Employees will be able to view and save their salary slips on a safe and secure website after the system is completely digitized.
Karnataka State Government employees can access their monthly pay slips (also known as HRMS Karnataka Pay Slip or HRMS Karnataka Employee Pay Slip) through the KAR HRMS login website.
