• The applicant must be a citizen of Rajasthan.
• The applicant should not have any property in his name while applying for the lottery scheme.
• The applicant must be 18 years old.
• The applicant must have a working bank account.
• The applicant must have complete bank account details while filling out the application form.
• To apply for a LIG- the annual income of the applicant’s family must be less than Rs. 3,00,000.
• To apply for LIG-B, the annual family income of applicants must be between Rs 3 lakh and Rs 6 lakh.
• To apply for the MIG category, the annual family income of applicants must be between Rs 6 lakh and Rs 10 lakh.
