Dear readers, the Ministry of Labor in Haryana launched the मातृत्व लाभ योजना / Matritva Labh Yojana / Maternity Benefit Scheme 2024 for women workers. Now all construction workers, especially women, will get the assistance of Rs. 36,000 on the birth of a child.

In this Labor Welfare Fund Scheme / श्रम कल्याण कोष योजना, 30,000 rupees are given as maternity allowance for pregnant women and 6,000 rupees for proper nutrition after the birth of children. The main goal is to ensure the proper nutrition of the mother and the children as both can shape the country’s future.

In addition, the standard of living and health of workers will be improved. This maternity benefit plan will reduce the maternal mortality rate.

इस योजना का उद्देश्य

30,000/- रूपये की मातृत्व एंव 6000/- रूपये की पौष्टिक आहार के लिए वितिय सहायता बच्चें के जन्म के उपरान्त देय होगी।

लाभ प्राप्त करने की शर्तेंः

  • पंजीकृत महिला श्रमिक की एक वर्ष की नियमित सदस्यता होनी आवश्यक है।
  • बच्चों के जन्म के उपरान्त, जन्म प्रमाण-पत्र (सत्यापित प्रति) संलग्न करना आवश्यक है।
  • मातृत्व लाभ दो बच्चों तक दिया जाता है। लेकिन बच्चों का क्रम न देखते हुए तीन लड़कियों तक दिया जाता है।
  • आवेदन पत्र सभी दस्तावेजों के साथ प्रसव होने के एक वर्ष के अन्दर-अन्दर सक्षम अधिकारी के पास जमा करवाना अनिवार्य है।
  • पति द्वारा किसी भी विभाग/बोर्ड/निगम से पितृत्व लाभ लेने की अवस्था में मातृत्व लाभ देय नही होगा।

Objective of the Matritva Labh Scheme – मातृत्व लाभ योजना का उद्देश्य

Maternity Financial Assistance of Rs 30,000 and Nutritious Food of Rs 6,000 will be paid after the birth of the baby.

Conditions for receiving benefits:

  • Registered workers are required to have a regular membership for one year.
  • After the birth of the children, the birth certificate must be attached (certified copy).
  • Maternity benefit is provided for up to two children. But, regardless of the order of the children, up to three girls are given.
  • It is necessary to submit the application form with all documents to the competent employee within one year of the handover.
  • The maternity benefit will not be paid in the event that the spouse obtains paternity benefits from any department/board/corporation.
