MHADA Lottery 2024 Details

MHADA is a housing scheme issued by the Housing and District Development Authority, Government of Maharashtra, to the people of the state. MHADA Sweepstakes Held for BDD Redevelopment

A lottery is conducted by the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) to allocate apartments to eligible tenants who live in old buildings in Lower Parel. It is the most anticipated redevelopment of the Bombay Schools Development Directorate.

S Nandgaonkar and Kesarkar are the first lottery winners. The drawing will take place at the Housing Council headquarters in Bandra (East). Maharashtra Chief Minister said the construction will be of high quality and will be completed on time. Within 15 to 20 days, Bhumi Pujan will be executed for resettlement.

A scheme will be launched by the Maharashtra Housing and Development Authority to provide affordable homes to 7,500 buyers. This announcement was made by Minister Jitendra Awadh. Eligibility Criteria for the Lottery Under MHADA
