Chhattisgarh government started Mukhyamantri Mitan Yojana on August 15, 2020, in the state. Under this scheme, all citizens of the country will be granted service benefits at home. Under the Chief Minister Mitan scheme, residents of the state can call the call center and inquire about any service or get service delivery to their homes.
The Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana has been envisioned with multiple objectives such as providing services to citizens on time, providing a channel for hassle-free delivery of citizen services, providing a platform for the citizen to get first-hand information about citizen services, developing a governance mechanism that evaluates the actual impact of the project, creating positive awareness about governance and partnership The state with the citizen.

The Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana aims to make the public service delivery system equally accessible to all citizens while enhancing accountability, transparency, responsiveness and inclusion.
The primary objectives of Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana are:
- Providing services to citizens on time.
- To provide a hassle-free citizen service delivery channel.
- Providing a platform for citizens to obtain direct information about citizen-focused government services.

About 8,000 to 10,000 unemployed people will be given the responsibility of providing more than 100 services provided under Chief Minister Mitan Yojana. The unemployed youth will get a job and be able to get all of their facilities from home.
