What is Naan Mudhalvan?
In Tamilnadu, among the total population, 32% of the people fall under the age of 18-35. Yearly 8.50 Lakhs of students come out of school finishing their higher secondary education. There are 887 Arts and science colleges, 587 Engineering colleges, and 579 Technical institutions in the state of Tamilnadu. Though a sum of rupees 300 crores is spent to skill and employ around 1lakh individuals, the still Tamilnadu Government wishes to maximize the outcome from the youth for this, The chief minister of Tamil Nadu MK Stalin launched an ambitious skill Development Scheme called Naan Mudhalvan scheme on 1st March 2022.
