In recognition of the contributions of digital content producers and change-makers, the Indian government has launched the first-ever National Creators Award 2024 through its citizen engagement platform, MyGov Website. Nominations for the National Innovators Award, which includes more than 20 award categories, are being accepted until February 21 on the MyGov website. The government has launched the prestigious National Innovators Award to recognize the growing influence of digital artists and influencers and support the digital economy in India. The award aims to highlight the many voices and skills impacting India’s future while promoting positive social change and encouraging innovation in the digital space, according to the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). Nominees can submit up to three nominations for themselves, and nominees can submit nominations for their favorite creators in all categories. These powerful voices are honored and recognized in over 20 categories through the National Creator Awards. Nomination Process

• Self-nomination: Creators are allowed to nominate themselves. The nomination must include links to content on eligible platforms, a brief description of the impact of the content, and any other supporting reasons as requested in the nomination form.
• Nomination Limits: Creators can self-nominate in a maximum of three categories. Those who nominate others can suggest nominations across all 20 categories.
• Application Deadline: All nominations must be submitted by the deadline specified in the schedule. Late applications will not be considered.
• Taking into account the number of followers: The number of followers or subscribers will be taken into account as of February 9, 2024.

• There will be 20 different categories in which awards will be awarded at the National Innovators Award 2024.
• One winner will be selected for each of these 19 categories
• On the other hand, the International Creator Awards category will include three winners.

• Content can be submitted in English or any other Indian language.
• Creators can self-nominate in a maximum of three categories. Those who nominate others can nominate in all 20 categories.

• Click the Nominate Now button. Your Innovate account login page will open on the screen.
• Now choose your nationality and enter your name. After that, click on the Login using OTP button,
• The One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) received for verification.
• After successful verification, your account control panel will open on the screen.
• Now, click on the Nominate button to nominate yourself.
