NOIDA was formed under the U.P. Industrial Area Development Act, of 1976 NOIDA has now emerged as a planned, integrated, and modern industrial city, well connected to Delhi through a network of roads, national highways, and the ultra-modern DND Bridge, providing inter-road links to all parts of the country. The Uttar Pradesh government along with the Noida authorities has launched the Noida Authority Plot Scheme 2024.
To help the citizens of Noida through plots of land easily in the city, the Noida authorities have launched the Greater Noida Authority Plot Scheme 2024. Noida is planned based on the grid rail concept and uses the latest technologies in engineering, urban planning, and architecture. Significantly, it envisions the needs of the rapidly growing city of the future. The action plan and approach are well in line with international standards and aim to provide rapid impetus to the growth of the industrial sector in Uttar Pradesh and the country.
With the help of the Noida Authority Plot Scheme, the citizens of Noida City can buy Residential, industrial, or commercial plots of land at a reasonable price.
