About Odisha for AI

The Government of Odisha in partnership with Intel Technologies India has developed the Odisha AI Portal. Odisha Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik has launched an initiative that promises to open up the world of Artificial Intelligence (AI). In his inspiring speech, the Chief Minister encouraged the youth and residents to embrace the amazing potential of AI, especially to harness the talents of our youth.

“Odisha for AI” is an online self-learning program designed to raise public awareness about Artificial Intelligence. It aims to demystify AI for people from all walks of life – students, stay-at-home parents, professionals in any field, senior citizens – basically, anyone who is interested in learning about it and wants to build a “digital-first mentality.”

The program is divided into two parts: AI Aware and AI Appreciate.

Both sections can be completed in about four hours. Each section builds on AI-related concepts demonstrated through engaging activities and quizzes. Passing this test gives the user a badge that they can share on their social media accounts. Users can run this test as many times as they want. After completing these tests, they become AI Aware and AI Appreciate badge holders.
