Odishaone, a unified portal for integrated service delivery developed by Odisha Computer Application Center (OCAC), Technical Directorate of E & IT Department, Government of Odisha, is a comprehensive and transformative effort by the state government to improve the integration of G2C services and improve the quality of services Delivering services with experience Rich citizen. The unified and integrated portal helps achieve transparent and responsive governance for all, through fully automated and streamlined self-service and assistance capabilities (through Mo Seba Kendra centres).
The portal is considered a front interface for all e-government applications for various departments. The OdishaOne portal framework is designed in such a way that different applications can benefit from this framework regardless of their level of automation, such as whether the service delivery methodology is fully automated / partially automated / offline. More than 200 government-to-citizen (G2C) services are expected to be integrated into the OdishaOne portal.
Odisha candidates can get all door-to-door services in Odisha using the Odisha One Portal. It is also known as MO Seva Kendra Login. This is a new portal of Odisha Government maintained by the Odisha Government to provide all online services in one window. Who is Eligible to Make Online Payments?
Anyone having a net banking facility of their bank account or a valid credit or debit card can make payments through OdishaOne. OdishaOne has also tied up with several banks, providing direct debit facilities. If you have access to the banking network of any of the banks that OdishaOne is associated with, you can make payments through OdishaOne.

- The home page will open on your screen, click on the Login tab.

Citizen users can log in to the site through the Login Panel at www.odishaone.gov.in. After login, he will get the respective Home Page to avail of various services.
- After Login, Citizen users will get their Dashboard listing various services available that are integrated with the respective Department.
- Login and Registration are required for services like Forms and Certificates which require the applicant’s name and contact details.
- However, it is not mandatory for Bill payment services as it is simply paying for utility bills and coming out with the receipt.
- For security reasons, the user will be logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Nothing more, under the hood, this panel should have normal functionality, a field for user name, and another for password. If you forget the password, just in case, the login box contains a link where you can go & recover your password.
