Seva Sindhu is an initiative of the Karnataka government to bring government services to the doorsteps of the citizens. Seva Sindhu will be integrated with the various service delivery channels of the Karnataka Government and Citizens Service Centers (CSC) like Bangalore One, CSC Centers, Karnataka One, Atalji Jana Snehi Kendra, and Bapuji Kendras and aims to provide all administrative services on one platform.
The aim is to provide government services in a cashless, faceless, and paperless manner. It is a step towards providing accessible, cost-effective, accountable, and transparent government services to citizens.
Seva Sindhu provides hassle-free delivery by reducing response time, reducing visits to avail services, and reducing opportunity costs. - Click Get OTP and you will receive an OTP on the mobile number associated with your Aadhar number.
- If you do not receive the one-time password, please click Resend one-time password.
- Enter the one-time password and check the consent box.

Service Plus (https://serviceonline.gov.in) has been recognized by many government departments across 7 states. It is used by 24 States and 5 Central Line Departments that provide more than 750 services. The services provided by the states are mainly regulatory and legislative. While the states of Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh use ServicePlus under the e-Panchayat MMP; Bihar, Jharkhand, Tripura, Meghalaya, and Sikkim use it in the scope of the e-District MMP. Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Odisha, Kerala, Assam, etc. use this framework for services beyond those specified within the electronic region.
