If the age of the applicant or the age of a family member is less than 5 years old, the Aadhaar card is not mandatory, in which case a copy of the birth certificate must be submitted. All the above services are also available online and at the inspector’s office (Food and Supplies) and Bangla Sahayata Kendra (BSK). If no family member has a digital ration card, the application can be submitted in Form 3 online and at the inspector’s office.

To convert the class from RKSY-II to RKSY-I or from generic class to RKSY-I, the application can be filed on Form 8 both online and in the inspector’s office (Food and Supplies).
