AP YSR Navasakam Scheme 2024
Andhra Pradesh Navasakam Portal is an integrated portal to digitally avail several AP sponsorship schemes for different categories of people within the state. In 2019, under the effective management of the Investment Center, Jagan Mohan Reddy, Navasakam Portal was launched in the state. The schemes cover different groups ranging from students to seniors, from pregnant women to rickshaw drivers, from weavers to tailors, and much more.
Through this portal, all beneficiaries can easily benefit from the offered schemes. The portal allows the public to check the eligibility/disqualification criteria and access the online application form for a particular scheme. Besides, door-to-door inspections of officials will be conducted to identify beneficiaries under the respective scheme.

YSR Cheyutha Scheme
YSR Cheyutha Scheme is a women’s empowerment scheme launched by the AP Government. The scheme will reach women belonging to minority communities, SC, ST, or OBC. Under this scheme, the beneficiaries will be given a lump sum of INR 75,000 in installments of INR 18,750 per annum. It is a state-funded scheme to boost the livestock trade throughout the state.
Eligibility criteria:
- Women from the age group 45-60 years can apply.
- Women must belong to SC/ST/OBC/minority castes.
- Advanced women should work in the cattle business trade.
YSR Pension Kanuka Scheme
For the extension of Social Security Pensions, the Government of Andhra Pradesh grants these pensions under the YSR Kanuka Pension Scheme. The scheme aims to help economically disadvantaged families in the state. They include various groups of society, such as the elderly, single women, the physically handicapped, weavers, instrumentalists, ART and CKDU patients, fishermen, dappu artists, transgender people, traditional cobblers, etc. recently, the government has also increased the pension amounts to be disbursed to the selected list of eligible beneficiaries.
To extend Social Security pensions, the government revised the eligibility criteria:
The total family income must be less than Rs. 10,000 per month in rural areas and Rs. 12,000/- per month in urban areas.
- The total family ownership area must be less than 3 acres of wetland, 10 acres of dry land, or 10 acres of wet and dry land together.
- The monthly electricity consumption should be less than 300 units.
- No family member should be a government employee or pensioner.
- The family must not own 4 wheels (taxis, cars, tractors are exempt).
- No family member must pay income tax.
- In urban areas, a family does not own property or has less than 750 square feet of building area.
YSR Aarogyasri Card Scheme
YSR Aarogyasri cardholders are entitled to receive health insurance claims and free treatments at existing hospitals. In the event of any medical emergency, cardholders will be provided with effective healthcare treatments. The AP government has allocated a budget of Rs. 11,419 crores under this scheme for healthcare services.
All families:
- With an annual income of less than or up to 5 lakhs eligible.
- Land of less than 12 wet acres or 35 dry acres or a total of 35 acres (wet and dry).
- Not owning more than one personal car.
- Families who do not own property or have a building area of less than 3000 square feet in the metropolitan area.
- Government employees are covered by the employee health scheme. So it is not covered by the YSR Aarogyasri Card.
YSR Kapu Nestham Scheme
The Andhra Pradesh government will provide Rs. 15,000 annually over five years under the scheme, known as YSR Kapu Nestham Scheme. The main objective of this scheme was to raise the living standards of women associated with Kapu, Balija, Ontari, and other sub-communities. The plan will also expand the livelihood prospects of these women.
The objective of the scheme is the financial empowerment of Kapu women above the age of 45 by enhancing their livelihood opportunities and living standards with the financial assistance of Rs 75,000/- at a rate of Rs 15,000/year.
- Women from the Kapu community aged 45 to 60 are eligible.
- The total family income must be less than Rs. 10,000 per month in rural areas and Rs. 12,000/- per month in urban areas.
- The total family ownership area must be less than 3 acres of wetland, 10 acres of dry land, or 10 acres of wet and dry land together.
- No family member should be a government employee or pensioner.
- The family must not own 4 wheels (taxis, cars, and tractors are exempt).
- No family member must pay income tax.
- In urban areas, a family does not own property or has less than 750 square feet of building area.
Jaganna Vidya Deevena (RTF) and Jaganna Vasathi Deevena
The Andhra Pradesh government has started a scholarship scheme, called Jaganna Vidya Deevena Scheme. Under this scheme, the government will pay tuition fees for deserving poor students of higher education. Full fee reimbursement will be given to these students. Students pursuing a degree, polytechnic, ITI, or higher courses are entitled to take advantage of the benefits of this scheme.
Deevena Cards (MTF):
- Under Jaganann Vidya Deevena full payment of fees (RTF).
- Under Jaganna Vasathi Deevena Rs. 20,000/- per year will be provided to each student to cover food and hostel expenses from 2019-2020.
- All students pursuing courses in Polytechnic, ITI, Degree and above in State, Aided, and Private Colleges affiliated with State Universities/Councils.
Families:
- His annual income is less than Rs. 2.5 lakh.
- Minimum humidity 10 acres or 25 dry acres or 25 wet and dry acres.
- No member must be a government employee or pensioner (all sanitation workers are excluded).
- The family must not own 4 wheels (taxis, cars, and tractors are exempt).
- No family member must pay income tax.
- In municipal areas with less than 1,500 square feet of built-up area.
YSR Sunna Vaddi Scheme
Under YSR Sunna Vaddi Pathakam, loan credits will be penalized at zero percent interest on elderly women working with SHG. Andhra Pradesh government is focusing on the economic empowerment of women through this welfare scheme. The plan will make the beneficiaries self-reliant and self-sustaining.
As per the assurance given by the Honorable Chairman, to reduce the interest burden on poor women of SHGs, it is proposed to pay the interest portion for FY 2019-20 on the SHG Bank loan amount due as of 11/04/2019 under YSR Sunna Vaddi.
- All women in rural and urban areas with outstanding bank loan accounts are entitled to up to INR Rs.5.00 lakhs.
- SHG Loan Accounts declared NPA as of 03/31/2019 as per the SERP and MEPMA database are not eligible.
YSR Nethanna Nestham Scheme
YSR Nethanna Nestham Scheme will cover families of weavers in the state. Eligible knitting families who own a manual loom will be given economic support worth Rs. 24,000 per year. The Handlooms and Textiles Department is the regulatory and executive authority of the scheme. The aim of the scheme is to modernize and enhance the loom sector to complement the modern practices that are on the horizon.
To help every weaver family who owns a manual loom to upgrade their equipment and compete with the energy loom sector by saving Rs. 24,000/- annually. This scheme will be implemented in December 2019.
- The weaver’s family must be below the poverty line.
- One benefit for one weaver’s family, no matter how many looms you have.
The Handlooms and Textiles Department has already identified eligible beneficiaries to sanction financial assistance under the scheme.
YSR Vahana Mitra
YSR Vahana Mitra is a scheme launched with the aim of offering a financial allowance of Rs. 10,000 annually for eligible beneficiaries. Beneficiaries of system benefits will include motorists and taxi drivers who have qualified for certain criteria. This will help the beneficiaries cover their daily expenses along with the vehicle insurance premium and license fee.
Jagananna Amma Vodi Scheme
Jagananna Amma Vodi is one of the pioneer programs announced by the Honorable Chief Minister under Navaratnalu to provide financial assistance to every mother/guardian recognized below the poverty line, regardless of caste, creed, religion, and region to enable her to educate her child/children from 1st to 12th class in all Types of Schools / Jr. Colleges from the 2019-2020 academic year.
As per the eligibility criteria, the village volunteer will collect the information and hand it over to the Mandal Education Officer for the process and sanction.
YSR Rice Card
YSR Rice Cards will be issued to eligible residents of the state. The eligibility criteria for getting one are listed below:-
- Family income should not exceed
- Rupee. 10000 per month (rural areas)
- Rupee. 12,000 per month (urban)
Total land holding:
- The government decided to issue new Rice Cards to all eligible families and to register all eligible missing cases.
- The total family income must be less than Rs. 10,000 per month in rural areas and Rs. 12,000/- per month in urban areas.
- The total family ownership area must be less than 3 acres of wetland, 10 acres of dry land, or 10 acres of wet and dry land together.
- The monthly electricity consumption should be less than 300 units.
- No family member must be a government employee or pensioner (all sanitation workers are excluded).
- The family must not own 4 wheels (taxis, cars, and tractors are exempt)
- No family member must pay income tax.
- In urban areas, a family does not own real estate or has less than 750 square feet of building area.
Honorarium – Imams, Pastors, Muazams, and Archakas
Under this scheme, the esteemed Chief Minister assured the payment of Honorarium to the Imams, Pastors, Muazams, and an increase in the salaries of Archakas. Detailed instructions will be issued by the relevant departments.
The concerned departments will identify the beneficiaries to provide financial assistance.
Financial Assistance to Nayee Brahmins, Rajakas, and Tailors
AP Government will provide financial assistance of Rs. 10,000 annually for eligible candidates belonging to the BC communities of Nayee Brahmins, Tailors, and Rajakas. They must all belong to the BPL category and have a white ration card under their name. Also, they must have a registered store/enterprise. Nai Brahmins should be engaged in the profession of barber while Rajakas should be Dhobis.
Financial assistance of 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees only) annually will be given to Nayee Brahmins, Rajakas, and Tailors in the BC community. The eligibility criteria are as follows:
Nayee Brahmins
Those who belong to the Nayee Brahmin community who are engaged in the barber profession and who have a permanent or mobile facility in their name are eligible for financial assistance. They must be in a category below the poverty line and must have a white ration card. They must have a registered shop/store.
Rajakas
Those who belong to the Rajaka community who are engaged in the profession of dhobi and have a permanent or mobile facility in his or her name are eligible for financial assistance. They must be in a category below the poverty line and must have a white ration card. They must have a registered shop/store.
Tailors
All members of the BC community who are involved in the sewing profession and have a permanent establishment or a mobile enterprise are eligible for financial assistance. They must be in a category below the poverty line and must have a white ration card. They must have a registered shop/store.

- Applicants must open the official website of the YSR Navasakam Portal.

- From the homepage of the site, you need to go to the “Know Your Secretariat” option available in the menu bar – http://navasakam3.apcfss.in/KnowMySecretariat.do.
- On the new screen, a menu appears where you can check the name of your district and choose Urban or Rural.
- Now select the link in the column (Urban or Rural) in front of the name of your area.
- Next, you need to choose your Mandal name from the list.
- Select the link corresponding to your Mandal name and write down your trust code that appears on the screen.
